On the day of December 7th, 2010 a dysfunctional three person swing-set and corresponding rocking (viewing) benches were installed upon the grounds of a public park without permit. Park-goers utilized the sculptural intervention for a period of 2 hours, 40 minutes before it was red tagged by the city. Employees of the department of public works quickly looped the entirety of the sculpture's perimeter with danger tape preventing park-goers from further utilizing the work.
